Kevin Peloso
Director of Marketing & Sales
Kevin is the Director of Marketing and Sales, and co-founder of PDB. As a Rhode Island native, Kevin began his entrepreneurial journey in Real Estate. His understanding of rallying people together towards a common goal paired with his tenacity of pushing the envelope, has led the way for PDB to transform into a 7-figure company within its first year in business.
In his free time, Kevin enjoys socializing with friends, personal development, working out, and playing chess.
Vincent Baldasaro
Director of Production & Development
Vinny is the Director of Production and Development for PDB. Vinny began his journey into the trades in 1999, and has since developed a thorough understanding of construction and project management. Through learning what it means to be a great carpenter and operator, he continues to grow the company. Vinny has radically improved not only the way PDB operates, but also the standards from which it operates.
In his free time, Vinny enjoys playing guitar, working out and spending time with his wife and two young children.
Tyler Rego
Project Manager
Tyler is a Project Manager and co-founder of PDB. Tyler’s background consists of building high-end custom cabinetry for over 10 years. His deep understanding of craftsmanship along with his patient approach has led him to become a leader on the front lines, while providing a great experience to our clients. Tyler’s approach has planted the roots of which Precision has grown.
In Tyler’s free time he enjoys socializing with friends, working out, developing his woodworking skills, and driving fast cars.
Marissa Carlino
Director of Interior Design
Marissa is the head of Interior Design at PDB. Marissa’s passion for helping people coupled with her organized approach of bringing beautiful spaces to life has led her to become a leader of interior design and project development. Her role is essential in transitioning projects from concept to concrete plans ready for production. Marissa received her B.S. in Interior Design from New England Institute of Technology graduating cum laude and has been refining her skill set over the past 5 years.
In Marissa’s freetime she enjoys traveling, reading, and spending time with her dogs.
Jon Leandro
Controller
Jon serves as our in-house controller of PDB. Jon graduated from the University of Rhode Island with his B.S. in Accounting where he then worked 6 years for a Fortune 500 company. Jon’s understanding of data collection and analytics has made him essential in understanding where the company stands financially, allowing us to make well informed decisions. Additionally, having his lean six sigma green belt certification has made him a vital asset at PDB.
In Jon’s free time, he enjoys playing competitive pool, video games, and spending time with his dachshund Lani.
Justin Brown
Lead Carpenter
Justin is a lead carpenter at PDB. As a natural problem solver, Justin’s extensive experience in construction has been an integral part of growing the business. He not only takes pride in his craftsmanship, but makes an effort to grow a relationship with each of our clients. Justin thrives on challenges that require innovative solutions, pushing boundaries to transform concepts into completed projects.
In his free time, Justin enjoys fishing, boating, and playing a round of golf with friends.
Austin Ross
Lead Carpenter
Austin is a lead carpenter at PDB. With his 12 years of experience, as well as owning his own business, Austin knows the ins and outs of running a successful project. Through his technical skills and ability to navigate challenges, he is an integral part of PDB. Austin’s career is a testament to his relentless pursuit of excellence in craftsmanship. Austin’s demeanor and strong communication skills enable him to effectively align client’s expectations with project goals to foster strong relationships.
In his free time, Austin enjoys spending time with his family, golfing, and going on day-trips with his girlfriend.
Evan Mancini
Lead Carpenter
Evan is a carpenter at PDB. His journey as a carpenter began with hands-on experience and formal training, where he learned the intricacies of excellent craftsmanship. His technical skills are finely tuned, allowing him to excel in various aspects of carpentry, from framing to finish work. He approaches each project with excitement, ready to tackle any challenges to ensure a successful project.
In Evan’s free time, he enjoys playing hockey and spending time with his wonderful wife.
